Apprentice Customer Care

- Handle customer queries through calls or banking operations.

- Monitor and investigate credit card fraud transactions.

- Analyze fraud alerts and take appropriate action.

- Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

- Deliver quality customer service while meeting process targets.

Any Bachelor's Degree.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Knowledge of Hindi & Tamil or Malayalam & Tamil will be an added advantage (based on the process).

- Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.

- Willing to work in rotational shifts (as applicable).
