Responsibilities
- Perform site work to develop practical tradesman electrical skills and understand industry work practices during year 1
- Continue hands-on site work to enhance electrical trade skills during year 2
- Support office-based project planning by learning technical planning, material coordination, accounts, and costing during year 2
- Coordinate between site and office tasks to integrate practical electrical knowledge with project planning functions
