We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic

customer-facing role, so we're looking for someone who is confident dealing
with people and represents the company professionally.
· Excellent communication
skills and telephone manner – comfortable speaking
with customers both over the phone and in person.
· A BTEC or A Level
qualification in IT, Computing or a related subject – providing a good foundation of technical knowledge.
· A genuine interest in
technology – someone who enjoys technology, is naturally
curious about how things work and keeps an interest in new products and
developments.
· A willingness to learn – previous telecoms experience isn't essential. We're looking for
someone enthusiastic about developing new skills and learning about areas such
as VoIP phone systems, broadband, networking and other business technologies.
· A practical,
problem-solving mindset – someone who enjoys
working through problems, troubleshooting issues and finding solutions.

· Lives within
approximately 25 minutes' drive of Earls Barton – ideally within the wider Northampton, Wellingborough, Rushden,

The Type of Person We're Looking For
Qualifications and technical ability are important, but attitude and
personality are equally important to us. We're looking for someone who is
personable, reliable and eager to learn.
The right candidate doesn't need to know everything from day one. We
want someone with a good foundation in IT and a genuine enthusiasm for
technology who can develop their technical knowledge through training and hands
on experience.
They should be equally comfortable working with technology and dealing
with people, providing customers with a friendly, professional and helpful
experience.
