About the Role:
Highest apprentice stage before full installer. You can install sections independently and prep jobs fully.

Responsibilities:
- Independently install sections of gutter
- Assist with jobsite layout and pitch control
- Train helpers on basics
- Prepare full job setups with minimal direction
Advancement Opportunity:
- When instructed by Head Installer, confidently ask for customer reviews
- Show readiness to run jobs as a full installer
