Apprentice Project Support Engineer Digitalization and Compliance

You will perform functional and regression testing, consolidate key-user feedback, manage tickets in Azure DevOps, and help standardize business processes. You will automate AI testing, prepare test scenarios, contribute to interface needs, test the AI engine and interface, support OCR deployment, and help deploy the solution at manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and regression testing
• Consolidate and analyze key-user feedback
• Create and track bugs and enhancement tickets in Azure DevOps
• Assess test-process automation using macros
• Help analyze and standardize business processes
• Automate repeatability and regression testing for the AI solution
• Prepare test scenarios
• Contribute to human-machine interface requirements
• Test the AI engine and human-machine interface
• Support OCR technology deployment
• Support solution deployment and user-feedback follow-up at manufacturing sites

Requirements

• Second- or third-year engineering studies or equivalent Bac+4/5 university education
• Computer science, digital, IT, information systems, or technical project-management background
• Knowledge of project-management environments such as Azure DevOps
• Data analysis
• Process standardization
• Ability to assess task automation using macros or simple scripts
• Interest in the industrial sector
