The company is a well-established Australian-owned and operated firm that possesses a large inventory of small to medium-sized lifting equipment and machines for the construction and mining industries. They have big plans for expansion and are looking at building a state-of-the-art facility. Being that they are committed to offering great services; and while providing tailored solutions for their dependable equipment, they have seen an increased demand for their services. Due to the rapid expansion in their business, they are searching for an Apprentice Technician to join their team.

The Position…

In this position, you will focus on ensuring all maintenance requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner. You will be working with an experienced team that has extensive knowledge and expertise in the maintenance and servicing of medium-sized machinery. You will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills and be able to work autonomously with good problem-solving skills.

• Ensure a smooth effective day-to-day operation of the business.
  
• Respond to customer breakdowns and requirements as a matter of urgency.
  
• Liaise with external contractors to ensure any repair work required on machinery is actioned.
  
• Create positive relationships between clients, suppliers, and employees.
  
• Ensure all guidelines are being met in relation to the maintenance of equipment.
