Apprenticeship – Legal Counsel (M/F) – M1/M2 Law

JOB OVERVIEW

The legal apprentice will contribute to the legal and contractual security of the company's activities.

He/she will report to the Finance and Operational Excellence Manager.

He/she will work in close collaboration with the Legal & Compliance Department, the Finance Department, and project managers.

MAIN MISSIONS

• • Drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts (NDA, services, IT, etc.)
• • Participation in the review of complex contracts under supervision
• • Harmonization and updating of contract templates
• • Monitoring of validation and signature workflows (DocuSign, Determine/Coupa)
• • Support for compliance, legal obligations, and internal processes
• • Contribution to the Contract Lifecycle Management tool change project
• • Assistance with legal analysis and thematic research
• • Participation in document audits

REQUIRED SKILLS

• • Solid foundation in contract law / business law
• • Analytical, writing, and synthesis skills
• • Rigor, confidentiality, and organization
• • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
• • Interest in LegalTech, digital technology, and legal transformation
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; professional English is a plus

PROFILE

• • Master 1 or Master 2 in Law (Business, Contracts, Compliance, IT/Data)
• • Previous experience appreciated but not mandatory
• • Eagerness to learn, curiosity, and progressive autonomy
