Job Summary\: Responsible for the control of Navy Exchange inventory assets through development and training of NEXCOM shrink initiatives. Creates improves and maintains web applications.

Duties and Responsibilities\: - Creates, improves, and maintains web applications that support and carry out Asset Protection/Safety Department's mission and goals.

- Working with Human Resources designs and develops web-based applications focused towards AP/S training and awareness initiatives.

- Develops, coordinates, writes, and edits content for the Code S web products. Researches facts, analyzes data, gathers and synthesizes information, ensuring that it is written in an appropriate style and tone for the audience it serves.

- Maintains web based content so that it is current and accurate. Updates, revises, or removes content in a timely manner.

- Acts as the AP/S representative for all NEXCOM committees or initiatives related to the web.

- Serves as the enterprise Point of Contact (POC) for all AP/S instructions, policy, and procedural reviews, ensuring alignment with Department of the Navy (DoN), NEXCOM, and federal compliance standards. Independently interprets, drafts, and coordinates policy revisions with legal, HR, and operational stakeholders to ensure clarity, consistency, and risk mitigation across headquarters and field operations.

- Oversees the enterprise lifecycle management of all AP/Safety manuals, training guides, and compliance references. Develops, edits, and disseminates official communications and updates to HQ, District, and Field leadership ensuring timely implementation of new policies, process improvements, and audit recommendations. Leads content validation and version control processes to maintain standardization across the organization.

- Manages and curates standardized multimedia AP/S content for APS TV networks deployed across stores and Distribution Centers. Partners with field leaders and communications teams to develop digital campaigns, visual training modules, and awareness messaging that reinforce safety culture and loss prevention priorities. Analyzes engagement metrics to improve program reach and effectiveness.

- Supports the Code S SDM Ticket process. (Creation of new and follow-up approval as needed)

- Ability to create reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note), Microsoft Teams, SQL Report

- Builder, Power BI, or similar technologies.

- Maintains awareness of ongoing AP/S Departmental policy and management initiatives and suggests ideas and opportunities to link the web to major initiatives.

- Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.

- Assist in the preparation of payroll, travel, purchase orders/payments and other administrative duties. Performs other related duties as assigned.

This is a non-critical sensitive national security position. The incumbent must receive and maintain a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 (or equivalent)
