Join our Aquatics team as an Aquatics Director and help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for members and program participants. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee our lifeguard team, lead certification and training courses, manage daily aquatic center operations, and support high-quality aquatic programs and experiences. We are hiring an Aquatics Director for both branches. This is an internal posting only.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in recreation, fitness, or related field preferred. (Relevant experience may be considered instead of a Bachelor's Degree.)
- Two or more years of supervisory experience in an aquatic program and/or fitness program.
- First Aid/CPR/AED Certified for the Professional Rescuer
- Certified Lifeguard
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.
