Aquatic Instructor - Pre-schoolers & Neurodivergent Children

Are You Amazing With Little Kids? We Need You!

We want the preschool teacher who knows how to make a crying 2-year-old laugh. We want the special needs educator who understands that a child who seems "difficult" is just communicating differently. We want the patient, warm, quietly brilliant person who genuinely lights up around young children.

You don't need to be a competitive swimmer. You don't need a coaching certificate. You need to love teaching little humans — we'll teach you the rest.

Child development first. Swimming second.

We work with neurodivergent children — ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities. We've built specialized tools for them. We don't give up on a child because they're "too difficult." We figure it out.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Teaching aquatic and swimming skills to babies and toddlers

• Building trust with children AND parents — both are your student

• Supporting neurodivergent children with structured, compassionate approaches

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

✅ Has preschool, kindergarten, student care or early childhood experience

✅ Has experience supporting neurodivergent children (strongly preferred)

✅ Can swim 50m non-stop in at least one stroke. You do NOT need all four strokes — that's what training is for

✅ Is available on weekends (Saturday mornings especially) — this is when families need us

✅ Can travel between condo pools across Singapore (own transport is a plus)

✅ Is warm, patient and emotionally intelligent with parents and kids alike

WHAT YOU GET

- $40–$50 per session — most sessions are 30–45 minutes

- Full structured training — we train you the Swim Monkey way, from day one

- A rare specialty — few coaches can teach babies and neurodivergent swimmers

- Supportive, experienced team

- Part-time first, full-time when you're ready — grow at your own pace

TO APPLY, include:

1. Experience with young kids (where + how long)

2. Can you swim 50m non-stop? Which stroke(s)?

3. Weekend availability

4. How you travel around SG
