Job Description

We are hiring AR Callers Physician Billing for our US Healthcare RCM team in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with US insurance companies on unpaid, denied, rejected, and underpaid physician/professional claims.
Work on CMS-1500 claims and insurance follow-up.
Review EOBs/ERAs and resolve claim denials and discrepancies.
Handle claim status, appeals, resubmissions, and corrections.
Maintain accurate AR notes and follow-up records.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Requirements
1 to 6 years of US Healthcare AR / Physician Billing experience.
Minimum HSC/10+2 Equivalent Qualification(Any Graduate Preferred)
Experience in AR Calling and Insurance Follow-up.
Knowledge of CMS-1500, EOB/ERA.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred.
