AR Caller US Healthcare | Physician Blling/ Hospital Billing

We are hiring experienced AR Callers for our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. Candidates with experience in Physician Billing, Hospital Billing,Insurance Follow-up, and Denial Management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with US insurance companies on outstanding, unpaid, denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
Handle insurance follow-up through payer portals and telephone calls.
Analyze AR aging and prioritize accounts for timely follow-up.
Work on claim denials, rejections, appeals, reconsiderations, and resubmissions.
Investigate claim status, payment issues, eligibility, authorization, coding, and documentation-related issues.
Maintain accurate claim notes, follow-up dates, call reference numbers, and account status.
Coordinate with billing, coding, payment posting, eligibility, and other internal teams to resolve outstanding claims.
Maintain accuracy and follow US healthcare RCM processes and HIPAA guidelines.

salary: up to 7.5 Lakhs per annum.

Candidate Requirements
1 to 7 years of experience in US Healthcare AR / Medical Billing / RCM.
Prior experience in AR Calling / Insurance Follow-up is required.
Experience in Physician/Professional Billing or Hospital/Facility Billing preferred.
Strong knowledge of US healthcare insurance and payer processes.
Experience in Denial Management and Claims Follow-up.
Physician Billing candidates: Knowledge of CMS-1500, CPT/HCPCS and professional claims is preferred.
Hospital/Facility Billing candidates: Knowledge of UB-04/CMS-1450 and inpatient/outpatient claims is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with US insurance representatives.
Candidates should be willing to work in US night shifts.
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice are preferred.
