AR Coating Engineer

负责镀膜类技术项目从设计、开发到交付全过程（端到端）的技术实现。负责开发项目或客诉的相关缺陷分析。

Responsible for the technical implementation, coordination, and problem-solving, throughout the entire lifecycle of company products or engineering projects. Responsible for defect analysis in development projects and from customer complaints.

负责/支持中国区镀膜技术相关（包括加硬镀膜和真空镀膜）的项目技术开发与交付

To lead/support technical projects and process implementation in mass production and Rx environment under the supervising of line manager

负责缺陷样品失效分析，并客观完成缺陷分析报告

Responsible for defect failure analysis, and complete defect analysis report

收集与分析相关生产类问题，提取相关关键信息形成新的创新型或改善型项目

Collecting and escalate the information from operation as the input of new project or improvement

支持中国运营团队（包括Mass&Rx）的AR问题分析

Support CNOPS Team (include mass production and Rx) for AR trouble shooting

5. 关注行业技术动态，探索新技术并与相关专家评估新技术在项目中的应用可能性。

Stay updated on industry technology trends and explore the potential application of new technologies in projects. Support evaluation of potentials with other technical experts.

6. 完成部门经理安排的其他临时性任务

Complete other tasks as assigned by line manager
