AR COORDINATOR
Summary
Coordinates accounts receivable tasks like invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections for an agribusiness company.
Supervise invoice processing, vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and accruals.
Oversee billing, invoicing, collections, and cash application processes.
Prepare and review AP/AR reports, aged payables/receivables, and cash flow summaries.
Assist in identifying and implementing AP/AR process enhancements.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
