AR & Revenue Accounting Specialist

🚀 We are Hiring: AR & Revenue Accounting Specialist

📍 Work Setup: Remote | Experience: 4–6 Years

We are looking for a finance professional with hands-on experience in AR, billing, collections and revenue accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end AR, invoicing, cash application and collections.
Handle revenue accounting, reconciliations and month-end closing.
Manage unbilled/deferred revenue and audit support.
Work with Sage Intacct, Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets.
Use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
✅ Strong AR and revenue accounting experience
✅ Knowledge of ASC 606 and financial reconciliations
✅ Sage Intacct and Salesforce experience preferred
✅ Exposure to AI tools and process automation

Experience in media, advertising or agency billing is a plus.
