AR Systems Manager
You serve as the primary Accounts Receivable systems expert, supporting global collections and cash application processes. You troubleshoot system issues, test upgrades, translate user requirements, implement automation, monitor performance, maintain segregation of duties, and support controls, audits, month-end processing, and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Superuser for the Oracle Accounts Receivable module
- Provide first-line support for AR systems and data issues
- Lead testing and validation of upgrades and new functionality
- Translate user requirements into functional specifications
- Implement and monitor segregation of duties
- Lead process automation and standardization
- Monitor process performance using KPIs
- Maintain control evidence for audit support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or a related systems Superuser role
- Hands-on experience with a major ERP system’s AR module, preferably Oracle Fusion
- Experience documenting, analyzing, and optimizing financial processes
- Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies preferred
- Experience in a global or multi-entity organization preferred
- Spanish language proficiency beneficial
