What You'll Do – Lead the Fun!

As our Arcade Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to keep the operation running smoothly while creating an environment where employees enjoy coming to work and guests can't wait to return.

• Lead by Example: Coach, motivate, and develop a team that delivers outstanding guest experiences.

• Keep the Excitement Going: Oversee daily arcade operations, ensuring games, attractions, and guest areas are ready for action.

• Create Memorable Experiences: Connect with guests, resolve concerns, and help make every visit something special.

• Own the Details: Assist with scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and operational performance.

• Solve Problems: Think on your feet, tackle challenges, and keep things moving during our busiest hours.

• Build a Winning Team: Help recruit, train, and develop employees while fostering a positive, high-energy workplace.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, entertainment, attractions, or a similar customer-focused environment.

• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

• The ability to stay organized and lead confidently in a fast-paced environment.

• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

• Comfort learning basic game troubleshooting and equipment operations.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering great guest experiences.

Compensation

• $44,000 annual salary

• Monthly bonus opportunities

• 40–45-hour workweek
