Arcade Manager

We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on arcade manager to oversee daily operations at Tito’s Playland. This role involves supervising staff, managing schedules, handling cash & card systems, and maintaining a clean, safe, family-friendly environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and great with kids and parents, with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues without constant supervision. Prior experience in management, retail, arcade, or hospitality is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
