Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Architect with a minimum of 7 years' professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design, technical, project management, and site supervision skills, with the ability to take projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, drawings, and detailed construction documents.
- Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, and presentations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure construction aligns with approved designs.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with relevant building standards.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation where required.
- Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.
- Provide creative and practical architectural solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modelling/rendering software, and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and construction standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Professional registration with ARCON is an added advantage.
