Architect / Architectural Designer
Summary
An Architect leads end-to-end project execution—from concept to construction—coordinating clients, consultants, and contractors while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Core tools include AutoCAD/Revit for documentation and SketchUp/Rhino for 3D modeling, with Adobe Creative Suite for presentations.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our Singapore studio — someone who can run projects independently and take real ownership from day one. This is not a role where you sit behind a senior's shoulder: you'll be the primary point of coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors, and expected to drive projects forward with minimal supervision. It's a boutique environment with a steep learning curve and genuinely hands-on exposure — the kind of broad, end-to-end responsibility that's hard to come by at larger firms. We're looking for someone versatile, resourceful, and comfortable taking on new challenges across project types and scales.
Key responsibilities
Run projects independently across all phases — Concept, SD, DD, CD, Tender, and CA
Act as the main point of coordination between clients, consultants, and contractors
Ensure designs and documentation comply with local codes, regulations, and authority requirements
Manage authority submissions and liaise with relevant agencies as required
Administer construction contracts — certification, valuations, variations, and related documentation
Develop architectural and interior design concepts across different project types and scales
Produce design presentations, drawings, and visualisations to a high standard
Prepare construction documentation and coordinate detailed design with the project team
Lead or actively participate in client meetings and presentations
Collaborate closely with the founding directors and a small, dedicated project team
About you
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with a demonstrated track record of running projects independently
Strong working knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Strong working knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino and/or other 3D modelling software
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Able to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision
Versatile, resourceful, and willing to take on new challenges
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Excellent design skills with a refined aesthetic sense
- Singaporean/PR preferred
