Architect
Description
Assist in the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, MEP) to support integrated project execution and resolve design-related issues.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents under the supervision of the Senior Architect.
Monitor on-site architectural works to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and specifications.
Support compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements.
Assist in resolving design discrepancies and site-related issues in coordination with consultants and project team.
Maintain proper documentation and records of architectural activities and updates.
Support continuous improvement of design implementation processes and quality standards.
Requirements
- Years of experience in the relevant field: 4–8
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline: Architecture or a related field.
- Professional certification: Saudi Council of Engineers Registration, LEED Green Associate (preferred), or equivalent architectural certifications.
