A small UK architecture practice in Birmingham is hiring an Architect to run residential, leisure and commercial jobs end to end — concept design, planning applications, detailed design and technical delivery — without supervision. Office-based role in a growing team, salary up to £45,000.
A small multi-disciplinary that is entering a period of sustained growth due to a merger, is looking for its next Architectural talent.
You'll be joining a design team with over 30 years' experience working on residential, leisure and commercial projects across the UK, with specific focus and long term clients across the midlands.
Due to the size of the team, you'll be needed to step up and run jobs from start to finish - concept design, planning applications, detailed design and technical delivery, all without supervision. This means you can put your own stamp on things, deal with your clients and consultants as you see fit, and really let loose with your creativity.
You'll need demonstrable experience in the UK working on residential, leisure and/or commercial projects in a job running capacity.
We're offering a good salary, up to £45,000 and a real opportunity to prove your standalone capabilities and join a practice in its early stages of growth.
