Create plans and drawings which clearly outline the architectural design of project
Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process
Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
Create graphical representation of structures or landscapes, using computer aided design (CAD) applications
3D design and visualization using Revit, Luminous or 3Dsmax
Prepare scaled drawings with computer software and by hand
Prepare structure specifications
Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
Work with the company’s consultants on all projects, giving the best advice to the company
Visit worksites to ensure construction adheres to architectural plans, proposed location and client meetings
Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications, contracts and making presentations to clients when required
Applying for planning permission and advice from the government and legal department as well as other regulatory authorities known to the law
Other task as may be assigned by the Project Manager/ Chief Technical Officer

Bachelor's degree or MSc in architecture

3 -5 years of experience in construction and architecture (post NYSC experience)
Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Experience in residential building designs
