About the role

Architect - Construction Supervision (Paterna, Valencia)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in the performance of engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 5 Architects for construction supervision in Paterna (València/Valencia).

What you'll do

• Supervision and monitoring of construction works.
• Preparation of economic and technical reports on the monitoring of construction works.
• Supervision of projects drafted by other technicians to confirm eligibility and correspondence with assessed Reports.
• Coordination with beneficiary entities and technical management teams for monitoring and support in justification and incident resolution.
• Monitoring of certifications and progress of the works.
• Preparation of reports related to the remaining tasks.
• Use of field tools such as GIS and forms.

What we're looking for

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. • Possession of an official university degree in Architecture or Degree + Official Master's degree enabling practice in Architecture (MECES level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
• At least 1 year of experience in the required qualification with an employment contract (contribution group 1 and/or 2).
• Valid type B driver's license in Spain.

Nice to have

• Course in property damage assessment due to catastrophes of at least 20 hours.
• From 1 year to 2 years of experience in work linked to construction-related grants with an employment contract (to be verified during the selection process)
• From 1 year to 2 years of experience in work in the required qualification (contribution group 1 and/or 2) in the public sector with an employment contract
• From 1 year to 2 years of experience in housing surveying with an employment contract (to be verified during the selection process)
• From 1 year of experience with an employment contract in work linked to the municipal field (to be verified during the selection process)
• Valencian Level C1 (to be verified during the selection process)

How you'll work

• WE OFFER:
  
  - Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 21 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience plan or with funding coming from European Union Funds.
  
  - Full-time schedule of 37.5h/week.
