Bachelor's or Graduate Degree + Master's in Architecture - PREE Program (Barcelona)

What you'll do

• Provide technical support to ICAEN in the tasks of reviewing public subsidy files, within the framework of PREE Programs, integrated into the TRAGSATEC support team
• Review technical documentation
• Verify compliance with the requirements for public aid
• Draft and prepare requirements
• Any other analogous function derived from this and any of the other aid programs contemplated in the assignment

Education & certifications

• You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Graduate Degree + Master's in the field of Architecture (MECES 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
• Accredited specific training in energy efficiency calculation

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to incorporate 4 Bachelor's or Graduate + Master's in Architecture - PREE Program (Barcelona) in Barcelona. Specific Requirements

Previous Experience

• At least 1 year of experience with an employment contract and/or academic experience in the field of the required degree.
• From 1 year to 3 years of experience in the required degree (with an employment contract and/or academic experience)

Other Essential Requirements

• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Catalan and/or Valencian, Minimum Level B1 (the level will be verified during the selection process).

Other Meritorious Factors

• Previous experience (with an employment contract and/or academic experience) in project management and energy efficiency calculation.
• Previous experience (with an employment contract and/or academic experience) in the required degree within the public sector.
• Knowledge of Catalan and/or Valencian, Minimum Level B2 (the level will be verified during the selection process).

Remarks

• OFFERED:
  A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months is offered, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in the current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person/s.
  Full-time: 37.5h per week
