[What the role is]

You will be involved in architectural design policy initiatives and carrying out design studies for new public housing projects, with a focus on initiatives that contribute to Sustainability, Liveability and Digitalisation. You will be contributing to work process transformation and process improvement through harnessing GenAI and IT technologies for improved efficiencies in project delivery of public housing projects.

[What you will be working on]

What You'll Do

  • Conduct design studies and research for architectural initiatives, including technical review of architectural issues and analysis of precedent projects
  • Work with research and project teams to implement new initiatives for public housing projects and resolve technical challenges
  • Manage and review design guidelines for public housing projects, including the way in which such guidelines are communicated to consultants and stakeholders
  • Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation efforts for architectural project management, including stakeholder engagement for change management

[What we are looking for]

What We're Looking For

  • Qualification in Architecture that is recognised by the Board of Architects Singapore
  • Registration with the Board of Architects Singapore would be advantageous
  • Minimally 3-5 years of relevant experience in Architectural Design projects, either with Architectural Consultants or managing building projects on the developer/client’s side.
  • Research skills and data literacy essential for design studies
  • Ability to synthesise large data sets and architectural documentation archives with AI tools
  • Familiarity and interest in digital transformation and process improvement valued.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team player

The shortlisted candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
