Architect - Design
- Manage and deliver technical architectural design information for assigned projects.
- Produce design outputs within a BIM environment using Autodesk Revit.
- Apply sound knowledge of construction techniques to support the preparation of accurate design information.
- Review and perform quality checks on design packages prior to approval.
- Identify BIM‑related issues and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Assess design information for potential health and safety risks and contribute to risk reviews.
- Coordinate architectural data with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Contribute to design meetings and assist in preparing documentation for presentations
- Develop, refine, and review models and drawings under the guidance of the Project Lead or senior team members, ensuring that design intent is fully captured.
- Support the creation and refinement of project design concepts, project models, sketches, research materials, reports, and coordinated construction documents.
- Work on multiple projects, exploring creative approaches to achieving design solutions while meeting deadlines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external consultants, presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Prepare and modify architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details in accordance with project standards.
- Support the development of project scope, plans, and service documentation during the contract process.
- Produce 2D/3D presentations, models, drawings, and visual renderings.
- Integrate sustainable design principles into project work, evaluating broader environmental impact.
- Strong technical design knowledge / skills in UK construction methodology.
- Experience of working as part of an architectural design team.
- Working capability and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Excellent conceptual, verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English (oral and written) required.
