Summary

Designs airport terminals and infrastructure, creating drawings and documentation while coordinating with engineering teams to ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards.

  • Prepare architectural concepts, schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
  • Develop airport terminal layouts, passenger facilities, support buildings, landside and airside infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Civil, Landscape, Interior, and BIM teams.
  • Ensure compliance with NBC, local building by-laws, airport authority regulations, fire safety norms, accessibility standards, and sustainability requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and technical presentations.
  • Review consultant and contractor drawings for quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prepare design reports, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
  • Resolve architectural issues during construction and provide site support.
  • Monitor design schedules and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to project quality standards and design intent.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Airport, Aviation, Terminal Buildings, Metro Stations, Commercial Buildings, Institutional Buildings, or Large Infrastructure Projects.
  • Experience with international airport projects is preferred.
  • PMC or Engineering Consultancy experience will be an advantage.

Working knowledge on

  • AutoCAD
  • Revit (BIM)
