WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Architect to join our team and contribute to the design of high-quality timber frame and log buildings. In this role, you will work closely with sales, production, and engineering teams to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions for international markets.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design timber frame and log buildings, including holiday homes, residential houses, garages, saunas, and other wooden structures.
- Adapt designs to meet the technical and regulatory requirements of different international markets.
- Develop designs with a strong understanding of manufacturing and installation processes.
- Collaborate with the team to improve design workflows, processes, and tools.
- Support and advise Sales colleagues on technical solutions to help deliver the best possible outcomes for customers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Knowledge of architectural and/or structural design principles.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with SketchUp is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills (minimum B1–B2 level).
- Previous experience designing timber frame or other wooden structures.
