Architect

The Architect shall oversee architectural design, site implementation and ensure projects are executed according to approved designs and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review architectural designs per Estate.
Update all renderings of all sites work in line with the Estate work progress every 3 months
Coordinate architectural implementation on site, and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
Actively supervise all project works to ensure they are in line with the approved Architectural drawings and provide monthly reports to management.
Ensure each Estate project meets aesthetic and functional standards.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
