Architect - Review of Grant Files (Granada)

What you'll do

• Technical assistance for inquiries from agents interested in the call. Support in the review and verification of applications and support in the preparation of requirements.
• Support in the review and analysis of documentation. As well as in the preparation of technical reports and proposals.
• Support in the preparation of provisional and final resolution proposals. Control and review of the documentation submitted by applicants.
• Support in the preparation of final project documentation.
• Verification of investment prior to the payment of the subsidy.

Education & certifications

• You possess a degree in Architecture or Bachelor's Degree + Official Master's Degree in Architecture (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to incorporate 11 Architect - Review of Aid files (Granada) in Granada. As 4 positions remain to be filled, the deadline is extended from 21/10/2026 to 26/10/2026 at 23:59 (peninsular time).

Specific Requirements

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. Previous Experience

• From 3 months to 2 years of experience in the administrative management of European Funds grants (specify in CV).
• From 3 months to 4 years of experience in the drafting of rehabilitation projects with improvements in energy efficiency in buildings (specify in CV).
• From 3 months to 2 years of experience in the preparation of Energy Efficiency Certificates (specify in CV).
• From 3 months to 2 years of experience in the drafting of building evaluation reports (specify in CV).
• From 3 months to 1 year of experience in the use of the REHABILITA IT tool (specify in CV).

Remarks

• OFFERED:
  Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 5 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience plan or with funding coming from European Union Funds.
  - Full-time.
