Architect (Healthcare Market Leader)

As a seasoned architect, you'll lead marketing efforts for the emerging national healthcare market. Beyond your design responsibilities, you'll serve as a mentor within the office, helping nurture the team's growth. This dual focus on client relationships and market expansion offers a unique opportunity to influence both our projects and our practice at a fundamental level.

Essential Job Functions:

• Market strategy coordination with Studio Leader and Studio Manager
• Research relevant topics and trends in the healthcare market
• Identify, develop and maintain RDG clients and strategic consultant team relationships
• Identify, pursue and secure project work in market to fulfill annual revenue goals
• Lead development of marketing material pertinent to proposals and pursuits
• Develop annual revenue goal and expense budget associated with pursuit of revenue goal annually with Studio Leader
