Are you a creative and technically skilled Architect ready to bring visionary designs to life? Join our Real Estate Development team, where innovation meets execution in shaping Cayman’s next generation of residential and commercial developments.

This role offers the opportunity to lead architectural design projects—from concept and planning to detailed drawings and construction collaboration—across a diverse range of developments within one of Cayman’s most respected real estate and construction groups.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with clients to identify their vision, needs, and project goals.
  • Develop and present architectural designs, specifications, cost estimates, and construction schedules.
  • Create detailed plans integrating engineering, electrical, and HVAC considerations.
  • Prepare scale drawings and contract documents for bidding and construction.
  • Partner with project managers, builders, and clients to ensure every build meets design intent and quality standards.
  • Adjust plans as needed to align with evolving client requirements or site conditions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Active ICIA membership (required).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong visualization, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
  • A passion for turning ideas into inspiring, functional spaces.
