Architect

Job Summary: The Architect is responsible for ensuring that the architectural design intent is faithfully executed on-site across all Devtraco Plus projects. This role bridges the gap between design and construction, working closely with contractors, consultants, and the project team to maintain quality, functionality, and brand consistency in all built works. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Compliance & Oversight • Monitor and supervise construction to ensure alignment with approved architectural drawings and specifications. • Review shop drawings, materials submissions, and mock-ups for design compliance. • Ensure architectural details are executed to the highest quality standards. 2. Site Coordination • Work closely with the Resident Engineer, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design and construction challenges. • Coordinate with MEP, structural, and interior teams to ensure seamless integration of works. • Participate in site meetings and provide timely design clarifications. 3. Quality Assurance • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and aesthetic standards. • Ensure finishes, materials, and workmanship align with Devtraco Plus’ luxury brand positioning. • Identify and address any non-conformances promptly. 4. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain accurate site records, photographs, and inspection reports. • Prepare weekly progress updates for Design Manager and Project Manager. • Track and document any design changes or site instructions 5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement • Assist in presenting on-site progress to clients and investors. • Ensure that feedback from stakeholders is incorporated without compromising design integrity.
