About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Architect to lead projects from concept development through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong design, technical, project management, and site supervision skills, with the ability to deliver innovative and practical architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, drawings, and construction documents.
- Prepare and review plans, specifications, and project presentations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure construction aligns with approved designs.
- Monitor project quality, progress, and compliance with building standards.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.
- Provide creative and functional architectural solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D modelling/rendering software.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian building regulations and construction standards.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
- ARCON registration is an added advantage.
