Location: Worthing
Salary: £35-40,000
I'm currently working with a well-established and highly respected architectural practice to recruit a talented Architect for their growing team in Worthing. Key Responsibilities for the Architect:
- Lead the design and technical delivery of projects across a variety of sectors
- Produce high-quality design proposals, planning submissions, and technical drawing packages
- Manage projects throughout the RIBA Plan of Work, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
- Prepare planning, building regulations, and construction documentation
- Coordinate project teams and contribute to successful project delivery
- Assist with mentoring junior members of the architectural team where required
About You:
- ARB registered Architect with experience working within a UK architectural practice
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience managing projects through multiple RIBA stages
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Passionate about delivering innovative, high-quality architecture
