Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with over 12 years of industry experience, specializing in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, and HRSD modules, providing strategic guidance, best practices, and technical leadership for enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, and HRSD modules.
- Define and drive architectural best practices, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead the development of custom applications, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Optimize ServiceNow platform performance, security, and compliance.
- Guide development teams, perform code reviews, and enforce architectural standards.
- Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow innovations and future roadmap strategies.
- Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and overall platform health.
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for teams.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in ServiceNow architecture & development.
- Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, and HRSD modules.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for large enterprises.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and integrations (REST, SOAP).
- Hands-on experience in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, and CSDM frameworks.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflow Automation, and AI-powered Virtual Agents.
- Experience working with multi-instance, multi-cloud ServiceNow environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
