QBrainX is hiring a ServiceNow GRC Architect in Coimbatore, India, to lead the architecture, design, and development of governance, risk, and compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform — covering policy, risk, audit, and vendor risk management — plus third-party integrations, mentoring junior developers, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document GRC requirements.
- Develop scalable GRC solutions, including policy and compliance management, risk management, audit management, and vendor risk management.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and data sources.
- Establish and enforce best practices for GRC processes, configurations, and customizations.
- Define and implement governance models to align GRC initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and GRC team members.
- Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of GRC solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural and technical documentation for GRC solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure successful adoption of GRC solutions.
- Ensure GRC solutions comply with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of the GRC platform by staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years dedicated to ServiceNow GRC solutions.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, including GRC applications.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Web Services, and ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and custom app development.
- Proven experience in leading GRC projects and teams with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Strong analytical skills, focused on risk identification and compliance.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, etc., is preferred.
- Understanding of cloud computing and security principles is a plus.
