Architect - Processing of Grants for Residential Environments (Madrid)

What you'll do

• Support in the review and verification of applications and support in the preparation of requirements.
• Support in the review and analysis of documentation. As well as in the preparation of technical reports and proposals.
• Support in the control and review of the documentation submitted by the applicants.
• Support in the review of the final documentation and verification of the investment prior to the payment of the grant.

Education & certifications

• Hold a degree in Architecture (MECES 3) or a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (MECES 3) or Bachelor's Degree + Official Master's in Architecture (MECES 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to incorporate 1 Architect to provide support in the processing of aid in residential environments in the Community of Madrid.

Regarding the process published on 06/10/2026, the deadline for receiving applications is extended from 27/10/2026 until 06/11/2026 at 23:59 (peninsular time).

Specific Requirements

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the supporting documents for the data provided in the application, as well as to require the expansion of the information contained in the curriculum vitae, provided that this is necessary for the accreditation of the requirements and/or merits detailed in the offered vacancy.

Previous Experience

• At least 3 years of experience with an employment contract as an architect
• From 3 years to 9 years of experience in the development of building execution projects (experience with an employment contract)

Other Essential Requirements

• Basic or higher level proficiency in Autocad (will be verified during technical assessment)
• Basic or higher level proficiency in Word (will be verified during technical assessment)
• Basic or higher level proficiency in Excel (will be verified during technical assessment)

Other Meritorious Factors

• Basic or higher level proficiency in electronic file management programs (will be verified during technical assessment)
• Availability for immediate incorporation (with a maximum of 1 week from communication in case of being selected)
• Experience with an employment contract in the preparation of energy efficiency certificates for buildings (will be verified during technical assessment)

Remarks

• We offer:
  
  - Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 5 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience plan or with funding coming from European Union Funds.
  
  - Full-time working day.
