# Not specified ## Company Overview *Company details are not specified.* ## Job Summary We are looking for a skilled professional to handle the complete spectrum of design responsibilities, from preparing drawings to providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a strong focus on converting concepts into production-ready designs and ensuring project accuracy and timeliness. ## Responsibilities - Prepare **concept, foundation, working, interior**, and **finishing drawings**. - Develop detailed **2D/3D drawings**, **BIM models**, **3D visualisations**, and **high-quality renderings**. - Perform **BIM coordination** and **clash detection** to resolve design conflicts before production and execution. - Convert design concepts into accurate, cost-effective, and production-ready drawings. - Prepare and verify **Bill of Quantities (BOQs)** for various construction elements. - Support the **pre-sales team** with concept layouts, renderings, and preliminary estimations. - Coordinate directly with clients for design requirements, approvals, modifications, and materials. - Provide technical guidance to production teams and resolve design and execution-related issues. ## Qualifications - **Educational Qualification:** B.Arch or equivalent architectural qualification. - **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in **AutoCAD** (2D and 3D) - Skilled in **Autodesk Revit** (BIM Modelling) - Familiar with **Autodesk Navisworks** (Clash Detection and BIM Coordination) - Experienced in **SketchUp** (3D Modelling) - Proficient in **Lumion** (Rendering and Walkthroughs) - Strong skills in **Microsoft Excel** (for BOQs, calculations, and material planning) - **Experience:** Minimum 4-7 years of relevant hands-on experience in architectural drawings, BIM modelling, interiors, BOQs, and material planning. ## Preferred Skills - Experience with **prefab modular buildings**, **LGSF structures**, factory production, or turnkey projects is preferred. - Strong leadership, client-handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills. ## Experience - At least **4-7 years** of relevant experience required, with a strong background in architectural design and project execution. ## Environment *Work setting and location details are not specified.* ## Salary *Salary details are not provided.* ## Growth Opportunities *Opportunities for career advancement are not specified.* ## Benefits *Benefits offered are not specified.*
