Architect / Senior Architect

- Lead architectural coordination across all project stages on high-rise builds in Dubai - Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals - Liaise with design consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve design queries and RFIs - Ensure compliance with UAE authority approvals, local codes, and project specifications - Represent the main contractor in design coordination meetings and technical workshops - Support the project team with value engineering and constructability reviews

- Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution - 8+ years' experience (Senior) or 5+ years' experience (Architect) - Currently based in the UAE. No relocation candidates - UAE main contractor experience is mandatory - Proven track record on high-rise projects in the UAE - Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
