About the Position: This position is with the Department of Public Works at Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA.
Serve as the design and construction technical lead ensuring new construction projects follow the master plan, programming documents and exterior appearance standards.
Responsible as the Master Planning Technical Lead for design and construction of complex major construction projects on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) and Yakima Training Center (YTC).
Provide technical review of plans, designs, and specifications that are prepared by the Corps of Engineers and Architect-Engineer design firms for MCA, UMMCA, SOCOM, NAF,, and other tenant activities projects.
Serve as a consultant on technical planning and programming issues for matters relating to long range construction programs.
Develop and updates the installation Real Property Master Plan and Area Design Guides for overall community and area development.
