Architectural Assistant
Summary
Assists architects in preparing construction drawings, handling regulatory submissions, and coordinating with consultants using CAD/BIM tools in a Singapore-based firm.
We're looking for a motivated Architectural Assistant to join our growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare drawing for Authorities submission / tender and construction purposes, able to use BIM Drafting.
- Assist Project Architect to handle submission to local Authorities (URA, BCA, SCDF, NEA, PUB, etc)
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and basic Revit / BIM (full Revit proficiency is a plus).
- Familiar with Singapore building codes and submission process
