Architectural Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary designs and architectural concepts.
• Prepare and deliver engaging design presentations.
• Produce working, tender, and construction drawings.
• Manage projects through various stages, including attending site meetings.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare submissions to relevant authorities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Demonstrated design capability with a strong portfolio.

Preferred Competencies

• Passion for architectural design, detailing, and project delivery.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative, functional, and engaging spaces.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in project management, including coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
