Senior Architectural Associate overseeing construction-stage project management, site supervision, and contract administration for projects in Singapore.
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Senior Architectural Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone with hands-on project experience in Singapore who enjoys seeing a project through.
Requirements:
- Registrable with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore
- Minimum three years of architectural experience in Singapore
- Strong working knowledge of project implementation, with hands-on experience in site supervision, contract administration, and consultant coordination
- Familiar with the day-to-day demands of construction-stage project management, including contractor liaison, site issue resolution, and documentation
- Proactive and dependable, with a practical mindset and good communication skills
- Works well independently but thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- GMAP/Enhanced GMAAP, ISO9001 & ISO14001 qualifications will be advantageous
