Summary
Develops and manages BIM models for interior design in hospitality projects using Revit, coordinating with architects and engineers to produce clash-free documentation.
Position: Interior Design BIM Specialist (Hospitality)
We are looking for a strong BIM professional with an Interior Design background and hospitality experience to join the team for the MBS project.
Job Scope:
- Develop and manage BIM models for interior design works
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and project teams
- Prepare BIM drawings, documentation, and clash coordination
- Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are followed
- Support the design and construction teams throughout the project
Requirements:
- Experience in Interior Design BIM, preferably in hotel / hospitality projects
- Proficient in Revit and BIM coordination
- Strong coordination and technical detailing skills
Details:
- Salary: (based on experience)
- Working Days: 5 days work week, 9am -6pm
