Summary
The Architectural BIM Coordinator assists the BIM Manager, prepares models and shop drawings, ensures BIM standards, and liaises with clients and subcontractors on construction projects.
- Assist and report to the BIM Manager for our clients.
- Prepare models and shop drawing to support the construction works.
- Good knowledge of structure and architectural details.
- Ensure BIM systems and standards for construction projects.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and conduct weekly progress reports and meetings.
- Ensure the subcontractors and vendors follow the specifications and standards in the project VDC implementation.
