Architectural BIM Coordinator [SL]

Coordinate architectural drawings, BIM models, and technical information among consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Develop and maintain Revit models and convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D models.

Ensure architectural drawings comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and LOD requirements.

Monitor drawing production schedules and coordinate with site teams to ensure timely project progress.

Resolve architectural design and site coordination issues with relevant stakeholders.

Maintain quality documentation and support quality inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor site works to ensure compliance with quality and EHS requirements.

Assist with inspections, defect rectification, and project handover.

Carry out other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Team Leader.
