Summary
Creates and maintains architectural drawings using AutoCAD, coordinates with teams and contractors, and ensures designs meet project requirements and regulations.
Job Description
- Prepare, revise, and maintain architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate architectural works with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure architectural works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Architectural Coordination within the construction industry.
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.
- Able to work independently and on-site
