ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR
Summary
Coordinates architectural works on-site, ensuring subcontractor compliance with drawings and specifications while resolving technical issues with consultants and engineers.
Job Description:
- Assists the Project Manager in supervision of all architectural works at Project Site.
- Ensure works carried out by subcontractors are in accordance with specifications and drawings.
- Ensure work programme, quality requirement, standards and architectural construction materials are carried out.
- Coordinate architectural works with the consultants, subcontractors and C&S, M&E coordinators to resolve any technical issues.
- Attend safety meetings and ensure works are carried-out safely onsite.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in the use of BIM, AutoCad and other relevant software.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings.
- Highly motivated, meticulous, independent with good written and verbal communication skills.
